I have been in the fitness industry for 16 years. I started coaching group exercise and it led me to my love for all things fitness, and eventually to a crazy new sport called CrossFit.
I caught the entrepreneurial bug in 2008 when I founded Inclusive Fitness — group exercise for adults with disabilities. Inclusive Fitness was inspired by my two sisters with Down Syndrome. In 2012 I took the leap again and opened 3-46 Grit CrossFit.

I am the oldest of six kids — four brothers and one sister. I moved every 2-3 years as I was growing up but was born in Grants Pass, OR. In my younger years I was a dancer (clogged to be more specific). I was pretty active growing up, until we moved my senior year and I became a very angry girl and gained a significant amount of weight. After graduation I started taking group exercise classes and loved them. That experience lead me into the fitness industry. I have been teaching group exercise classes for 18 years and have been a personal trainer for 10 of those years. I was first introduced to CrossFit by my partner in crime, Sara Coleman! CrossFit has changed my life in so many ways. Not only am I in the best shape of my life, but I have never felt better about myself!

Wholistic refers to a whole or whole body; taking into consideration the whole body or person. Wholistic means considering the mind, body and spirit. Holistic in the dictionary means, of or relating to Holism, emphasizing the importance of the whole and interdependence of its parts.
We combine complete fat burning, fun, energizing individualized workouts led by the best coaching staff around. With our team of movement specialists (Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Licensed Massage Therapy), our coaches work to identify movement patterns, pre-existing injuries, etc., all while trying to build corrective movements into your daily workouts and programming. This allows you to modify while still progressing with confidence, knowing the end result is continued success in all your fitness related goals.
