pRIVATE/semi-private training

Barbell 101. Get Strong.

Spend 12 weeks with one of our certified private coaches learning the ins and outs of barbell work. Focusing on the deadlift, the squat, the press and the bench press, you will build foundational strength that will give you incredible confidence when you enter any gym!



Getting that body that you want is 30% in the gym, 70% in the kitchen. Get personalized meal planning, weekly consultations and measuring, and put you on the right track to eating healthy!
