ATHLETE LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS
A new tool to help you decide what the next best step for you is would be identifying where you fall on our ATHLETE LEVEL SPECTRUM. Each class on our schedule will have the LEVEL symbols attached by them to help you choose class times that will work best for your individual goals.
STRICT OPEN GYM POLICY AND RULES
RULES FOR OPEN GYM:
*Open Gym ONLY for unlimited memberships
Only for I (Intermediate) and A (Advanced) athletes
Athletes interested in attending Open Gym must meet with Sara or Chausse before being approved and go over more specific rules/etiquette, and review goals of individual athletes wanting to add in extra programming
No coaching available, even though a coach will be present, they are training themselves or working. If you can’t work independently, or have a pre-planned out WOD and you continue to ask/interrupt the coach, we will remove Open Gym from the schedule.
